With The Fairfax Smile club there are:

Fairfax Smile Club Benefits:
- Two routine (healthy) cleanings per twelve months
- Two fluoride treatments per twelve months
- One set of cavity detecting x-rays per twelve months

The Fairfax Smile Club membership is $350 per year. All patients who do not have dental insurance are eligible for this membership. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

**Patients with a diagnosis of periodontal (gum) disease may require gum treatment and more frequent cleanings. The Fairfax Smile Club will cover up to 2 healthy mouth cleanings at 100%. Please contact the office for more information.
